Returns & Cancellations

As our number plates are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect due to an error on our part.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to a consumer's specification or are clearly personalised.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@holdmyplate.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
