Shipping Policy
Processing Times Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Custom plates and 3D printed parts that are made to order, please allow 2-3 business days before dispatch.
Delivery We ship within the UK using Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Standard: Tracked 48hr
- Express: Tracked 24hr (if ordered before 2pm)
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery option selected.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at sales@holdmyplate.uk and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
International Shipping We currently ship to UK and NI. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
