1. Overview By placing an order with Hold My Plate, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Custom & Personalised Goods All number plates are made to your specification. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you do not have the right to cancel or return personalised goods unless they are faulty or incorrect due to our error.

3. Accuracy of Orders You are responsible for ensuring all details entered at checkout (registration, style, size) are correct. We manufacture exactly what is ordered. We cannot accept returns for customer input errors.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

5. Intellectual Property All content on this website is owned by Hold My Plate. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

6. Liability We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products beyond what is required by UK law. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
